WHAT IS HOTPOT?

Hotpot is a traditional chinese fondue, there are many variety of hotpot, generally, it comes with a pot of broth
that is shared by everyone at the table, the broth can be spicy hot, diners then orders skewers of fish, chicken, lamb, pork or vegetables whcih they cooked in the broth.


ingredients of hotpot
basic stock is often made using: water , salt and soup base.
meats:thinly sliced beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat,fish, prawns, lobster
starches include: chinese noodles, urdon, dumplings
vegetables: spinach, taro, tomatos, pumpkins, watercress

Kaiseki Cuisine

      In Japan, Kaiseki is the symbol for the Japanese foods. The restaurants in Japan always like to service the customer this style of dish. It always 



 The Kaiseki Cuisine in Japanese is かいせき, it is a very special and formal dish in Japan. The structure for the Kaiseki is always by these 4 styles of foods.  







There is a famous restaurant in Japan, There are the chefs.

The Kaiseki is always serviced in a very traditional japanese room, or a very formal space.
























Yum Cha (yue shan)

                      Yum Cha

Yum Cha is a way of small party in Guangzhou. Friends or families or get together and eat food. The yum cha time normally from 7 am to 2 pm. People eat delicious food with tea. 




Yum Cha is also very popular in Sydney.Now I show some delicious food in yum cha.

This is barbecued pork puff. BBQ pork and honey inside. The surface is very soft.


This is prawn dumpling. prawn inside, very fresh. The surface is transparent and very Q, not easy broken. 


This is chang noodle.




This is egg tart.


This is fried balls. Streamed red bean in side. the surface is crisp. Very delicious.
